As part of our pre-fabrication processing we are able to offer on site radial arm drilling with diameters up to 90mm.

- Drilling capabilities of plates up to 220 thick and with a maximum drill diameter of 90mm.
- Process allows straight drilling, countersink, drilling and tapping.
- Other pre-fabrication processing of components including CNC machining.
- Creation of cad files for CNC processing from your drawings supplied.
Profiling/Processing Experience.
Aurora-Profiles have extensive experience in the profiling industry meaning we almost certainly can find a way to process even the most challenging components including materials up to and including 220mm thick.
